A majority of people have struggled with having to choose between paying for rent or other necessities, including almost every member of our team. Our first-hand experiences make it clear a new approach to housing is necessary to meet this massive and growing challenge. We are a Public Benefit Corporation that seeks to solve these problems by pursuing an exponential growth strategy of building or rehabilitating net-zero carbon, affordable housing. Authentic Housing is an engine that within a decade will develop over 200,000 units. Building up capacity so that by year 10 we will be building 80,000+ units at the same time, and continuing to grow until the problem is fully addressed.
