MedCoShare offers a flexible alternative to traditional office space leasing where you can choose your own practice schedule, without long-term commitments. Our first location is in the dynamic Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Our second facility is in Marlton, New Jersey. The healthcare landscape is evolving, and practitioners must adapt. Many healthcare providers do not want to be bought up by big hospital systems, and prefer the flexibility to practice on their own terms. At the same time, the cost for quality medical space has been rising, and practices are forced to sign long leases with restrictive terms.
