What is Viventor?

Viventor runs a resale marketplace lending platform, which means it aggregates pre-funded loans from partner organisations (loan originators) and re-sells them to investors. Viventor is operated by SIA, ViVentor, headquatered in Latvia. It doesn't hold a crowdfunding or financial institution license.

Viventor allows you to provide funding to individuals, and real estate developers by investing in short-term personal loans, real estate loans, and car loans. Viventor only serves lenders, so you can’t apply for a loan directly on the platform.

What does Viventor offer?

At Viventor, you can make EUR-denominated investments starting from €10. You can also set up an auto-invest feature and buy and sell loans on a secondary market.

Viventor separates investors’ funds from the platform company assets but doesn’t have a wind-down plan in place to ensure minimal damage in case the platform goes out of business. It discloses statistics about its funded loans on a dedicated public page and shares its monthly funding volumes with P2PMarketData.

Who founded Viventor?

Viventor was launched in 2015 by Andris Rozenbahs. Andris has over 15 years of experience. His professional background is mainly in entrepreneurship, and fintech. Andris has been, among other positions, a Chief Commercial Officer at AVANA Companies — a financial services group, and a Co-Founder of D4Design — a real estate development and design studio. He holds a Master's degree from University of Latvia in Civil Law.
