PROPVEST runs a direct marketplace lending platform, which means it operates the "traditional" or "pure" P2P lending model and serves as an online space where borrowers can apply for loans and investors can fund projects. PROPVEST is managed by EPH Investment GmbH, based in Germany.

PROPVEST enables you to provide funding to real estate developers by investing in real estate loans, and real estate stocks. You can also apply for funding if you are a real estate developer.

At PROPVEST, you can make EUR-denominated investments starting from €25. You can also set up an auto-invest feature and buy and sell loans on a secondary market.

PROPVEST doesn’t disclose statistics about its funded loans and does not share its monthly funding volumes with P2PMarketData.
