P2PMarketData operates a direct marketplace lending platform, which means it operates the "traditional" or "pure" P2P lending model and serves as an online space where borrowers can apply for loans and investors can fund projects. P2PMarketData is managed by P2P Invest ApS, headquatered in Denmark.

P2PMarketData makes it possible to provide funding to real estate developers, and business owners by investing in real estate loans, and startup stocks. You can also apply for funding if you are a real estate developer, or a business owner.

At P2PMarketData, you can make DKK-denominated investments starting from kr.500 (it's also possible to invest in other currencies, see table below). You can also buy and sell loans on a secondary market.

P2PMarketData discloses statistics about its funded loans on a dedicated public page but does not share anymore its monthly funding volumes with P2PMarketData.
